Family Update


December ended with major camps outside Nairobi. The children enjoyed the holiday. We ended the year very well.

Deliverance for V – Tuesday 9th January 2024

A young woman by the name V came for inner healing and restoration. This was V’s third session. The session revealed a lot of baggage from her family. There were family members who were active members of the occult. We spend a refreshing time undoing the works of witchcraft and divination. We also spend significant time addressing ungodly beliefs using the truths of scripture. This was her final session and she left feeling relieved.

Deliverance for A – Wednesday 10th January 2024

A young woman by the name A came for inner healing and restoration. A had been plagued by guilt, shame and regret from her past life. She was also battling a sexual addiction that had worn out her spiritual life. We took her through the first section of the healing session. She had several people to forgive and release. We are scheduled for another session to complete what we started.

Deliverance for B – Tuesday 16th January 2024

An older man in his 60s came for inner healing and restoration. It was initially a little off helping a man the age of my father. But he was humble and committed to the process. He saw me as a minister of the gospel and not as his son. He was vulnerable and thorough in the assignment. We went through every step of the process in prayer and the word of God. He prayed from his heart. He called me two weeks after our session in an excited manner. He kept saying, “The prayers worked! The prayers worked!” He had several testimonies of change that God had initiated in his life since we met.

Girl Power and Powerhouse – Saturday 20th January 2024

We began Girl Power and Powerhouse for the women and the men respectively. This is Girl Power season 2 and Powerhouse season 18. We have had a good turn out of men and women. Girl Power has 221 women while Powerhouse has 175 men. We will be meeting for 8 weeks on Saturday mornings from 6:30 am to 8:30 am. The feedback so far has been very positive!

Deliverance for I – Tuesday 23rd January 2024

A woman by the name I came for inner healing and restoration. This was her third and final session. I was very determined to be free after a setback of sexual sin that brought her relationship to its knees. She was humble and devoted to the healing process and it paid off. God opened her up to the reality of a powerful spiritual gift that she received from the Holy Spirit. She left feeling free.

Speaking at Joseph’s & Lucy’s marriage fellowship – Sunday 28th January 2024

Joseph and Lucy Kamau are a couple that Waturi and I have helped in a number of ways. They attended our premarital class while married. I also took them through some counselling sessions. They invited Waturi and I to minister to their marriage care group. We had a wonderful afternoon with the six couples in their fellowship. We spoke on the matter of communication and gender differences in marriage. We had a fruitful time that went into the night.

Deliverance for N – Tuesday 30th January 2024

A young man by the name N came for inner healing and restoration. N had gone through a breakup and was battling some childhood wounds from his family of origin. We had a fruitful first session. He forgave his offenders from his heart and

Deliverance for G – Tuesday 30th January 2024

A young woman by the name G came for inner healing and restoration. G had experienced a painful breakup. She was battling guilt, shame, and regret from the fact that the relationship was filled with sexual immorality. She had drifted from God and the man she was dating had no impetus to make things better. We took her through the inner healing assignment. She struggled to be vulnerable at first but she gained courage and snowballed into vulnerability. We completed the entire session on this day and she was glad for having come.
